We are delighted to share the inspiring journey of Kaddijatou Bah, a dedicated and passionate educator at Starlight School. Since joining us in November 2018, Kaddijatou has made a significant impact on our students and community. After completing her senior secondary education at Kotu in 2017, she began her teaching career at Starlight School, where she quickly became an invaluable part of our team.
A Journey of Growth and Achievement
Kaddijatou’s commitment to education and her students has been evident from the start. She has played a pivotal role in guiding our primary three students and preparing them for the National Assessment Test. Her dedication and hard work have not gone unnoticed, and in 2021, with the support of Starlight School and The Oasis Project (The Gambia), Kaddijatou took a significant step forward in her professional journey by pursuing further education at The Gambia College of Education.
After three years of rigorous study and unwavering determination, Kaddijatou graduated in 2023 as a qualified teacher. Her achievement is a testament to her dedication to continuous learning and her passion for making a difference in the lives of her students.
Continuing to Inspire and Lead
Following her graduation, Kaddijatou has continued to contribute to the success of Starlight School. She now leads our primary five students, guiding them as they prepare for the upcoming National Assessment on 26th and 27th June 2024. Her ability to inspire and motivate her students is truly commendable, and she continues to be a role model for both her peers and the children she teaches.
